The RNS’s Annual Forum Series continues with the 2019 D.C. Rheumatology Forum (DCRF)! This two day evidence-based accredited continuing education and networking experience will equip healthcare professionals and deepen their effectiveness in all settings and point them to innovative strategies for transforming the rheumatology practice. Regardless of your experience as a healthcare provider, all attendees will leave having learned to:

  1. Identify and apply the clinical essentials of rheumatology practice
  2. Provide accurate and current information for patient education
  3. Evaluate pharmacological therapies in the treatment and management in rheumatic diseases

Participants have the potential to receive a maximum of 10.5 continuing nursing contact hours (1.5 pharmacotherapeutic contact hours). The Rheumatology Nurses Society is accredited with distinction as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (Provider No. P0500).

This program has been reviewed and is approved for a maximum of 10.5 AAPA Category 1 CME credits by the AAPA Review Panel. PAs should claim only those credits actually spent participating in the CME activity.
