1. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the Rheumatology Nurses Society (RNS) owns the copyright for the content presented in the webinar. Some of the copyright for the content on this website may be owned by individual presenters and is included on our website under a license or agreement. Webinar events and recordings are to be viewed by the registrant only; the content must under no circumstances be recorded or reproduced.
A copy of the webinar presentation will be available before the webinar event after registration and is for personal/non-commercial use only. The content must not be modified or republished in any way without the prior consent of the presenter.
If you seek to reproduce or otherwise use the content in any way it is your responsibility to obtain approval for such use where necessary. Any breach of copyright, including recording the presentation or any unauthorized use of the material may lead to legal action.

2. Learning Outcomes
The Rheumatology Nurses Society (RNS) is not liable for the detailed content of any webinars, quality of presentation, or if learning outcomes did not entirely meet expectations.

3. Links from the webinar
Webinars may contain links to other websites over which the Rheumatology Nurses Society (RNS) has no control. The Rheumatology Nurses Society (RNS) makes no representations about the accuracy of the information contained on those websites. We are not liable for the content on those websites.

4. Registrations
By registering for a webinar, consent is given for application details to be provided to HeySummit to set up the webinar. You can view HeySummit policies on their website here.

5. Cancellation
Registration for a webinar event may be canceled up to 48 hours prior to the event. If for any reason, the presentation is required to be canceled by the Rheumatology Nurses Society, a notification email will be sent as soon as possible.

6. Webinars are recorded
The virtual event facility includes a feature that allows audio and any documents and other materials exchanged or viewed during the session to be recorded. By joining a session, you automatically consent to such recordings. If you do not consent to the recording, please contact the Rheumatology Nurses Society (RNS) to discuss your concerns in good time prior to the web-event date.

Web-event participation may require you to configure your software settings on your web-device upon first use or require you to download the software for your operating system. The software can be manually downloaded by visiting the Hey Summit support page. Please note that you may require administrator privileges on your computer to be able to manually install the software.

7. Webinar materials
The webinar presenter may provide reference materials for your use during or after the webinar. These may include (but are not limited to) the following:
- a workbook
- a copy of the webinar slides
- sample documents, templates or other material for use during the webinar
All webinar-related materials remain the copyright of the Rheumatology Nurses Society. They must not be distributed to any third party at any time or in any form without written permission from the Rheumatology Nurses Society.

8. Photograph Release
The RNS will take many digital photographs at numerous events throughout the conference. The photographs may be used for our newsletters, publications, media releases, brochures, social media, and our website. We do not intend to use these photographs in any manner other than for the purposes stated above. By registering for the conference, you grant permission for RNS to use your photograph in this manner. 9. Tax Deduction
All expenses of continuing nursing education (including registration fees, travel, meals, and lodging) taken to maintain and improve professional skills may be tax-deductible. Please consult your tax adviser.

10. Privacy Policy
In connection with the operation of the webinar, we will ask you to provide us with information that personally identifies you or allows us to contact you ("Personal Information") when you register for the use of the service. The Personal Information that you provide us in these circumstances will be provided to the Rheumatology Nurses Society’s provider of its audio- and web-conferencing services, and vendors that assist them in processing the information, for the sole purpose of enabling them to operate and deliver the webinar service. It is a requirement of the Rheumatology Nurses Society’s partner vendors to enter into an agreement prohibiting disclosure of this information to others and restricting its use to providing the contracted services of the webinar. The only exception to this is the necessary disclosure for legal purposes in line edicts of the law.

The Rheumatology Nurses Society’s provider of its audio- and web-conferencing services for webinars is a market-leader of audio- and web-conferencing services. With this comes the understanding of users' need for privacy when using the web for communications and the utmost care in providing the highest levels of security possible. The Personal Information that the Rheumatology Nurses Society’s provider of its audio- and web-conferencing services collect from webinar registrants is stored in operating environments that employ reasonable security measures and that are not available to the general public. The Rheumatology Nurses Society and the Rheumatology Nurses Society’s provider of its audio- and web-conferencing services are not responsible for unauthorized access to such information by hackers or others that obtain access through illegal measures.

A copy of the Rheumatology Nurses Society's audio- and web-conferencing service provider's practices and policy with respect to the collection, use, and disclosure of user information collected through the use of their technology services can be obtained by contacting Rheumatology Nurses Society.
