This intensive and highly interactive hands-on course will cover the most important practical aspects of musculoskeletal ultrasound (MSKUS), including step-by-step instructions for diagnostic ultrasound and evidence-based guided procedures followed by practice sessions with live models and advanced procedural applications on cadaver joints (shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand, hip, knee, foot and ankle). Participants of all levels will receive individualized training on MSKUS utilization and techniques in the upper and lower extremities as well as MSKUS indications in pediatric rheumatology (with relevant nuances), pain medicine, physiatry and sport medicine. Billing, coding, certification and credentialing in MSKUS will also be addressed.

Groups are small to facilitate one-on-one attention from faculty as participants practice injections, learn tips, and develop comfort and confidence in necessary skills to improve patients outcomes and procedures accuracy.
