6th Annual Kaua’i Pain Conference
March 5 - March 7
Founded by Dr. Eric Grigsby, CEO and Founder of Neurovations, an organization committed to advancing the field of pain and neuroscience through clinical research and CME, upon opening of the Spine and Pain Center of Kauai (SPCK) in 2014, Kaua’i Pain Conference (KPC), taking place on March 6-7 this year, will be spring counterpart to the renowned summer Napa Pain Conference (https://napapainconference.com, in it’s 27th year in 2020, taking place on August 13-16). Since 2014, KPC has been developed to become the premiere interdisciplinary chronic pain meeting that addresses biopsychosocial dimensions of pain (bio: with advances in the basic neuroscience processes of pain; psychological: how the constellation of cognitive processes interacts with neurological signals to influence health and wellness; social: how societal factors influence patient well-being and clinical practice). To boast, KPC was the first conference to present the 2016 CDC Opioid Prescribing Guidelines and 2019 HHS Best Practices in Pain Management report.
Learn the latest in the treatment of chronic pain and emerging therapies – exceptional content, presented by national leaders in pain medicine, patient safety, community health, and the regulatory environment – while enjoying a beautiful and relaxing setting.
The Kaua’i Pain Conference is for health care providers of all specialties, including allied health professionals & pharmacists, policy makers, administrators and insurers, who wish to develop interprofessional solutions to the complex challenges of pain management.
