Presented by: Monica Richey, NP — Transfer of care from pediatrics to adults can be difficult for patients, especially for patients diagnosed with lupus, a disease with a high rate of comorbidity. In this session, we will address comorbid manifestations in lupus, and how to best prepare our patients for their transition to adult providers.
